What is TSF?

TSF comes from “Trefilado Sin Fosfato” and that means “Wire Drawing without phosphate”.

TSF is the new wire drawing process for cold heading developed by SEBIR. It allows the considerable reduction of industrial and environmental costs and also permits the production of cold headed parts with higher technical capabilities than at present.

TSF is a type of  high-pressure wire drawing without use of phosphate coating, applicable for the production of cold headed parts. This process opens a whole world of improvements that both increase competitiveness and reduce environmental impact to its highest level.
